Dr Martin Krüger has been practicing since 2004. He is a registered Chiropractor and is especially interested in natural and functional medicine. His emphasis is on lifestyle factors and goal is to find and correct the cause of the patients dis-ease rather than focusing purely on symptom alleviation. Dr Krüger is wildly passionate about Chiropractic and all things health and also speaks publicly on health topics at schools, businesses and other events. Dr Martin Krüger
Chiropractor
Dr Martin Krüger qualified with his Masters degree (M.Tech Chiro) from Wits Technikon in 2004. He has been in private practice since then and is a member of the Chiropractic Association of South Africa. Dr Krüger enjoys public speaking and has spent time in the corporate world working on various wellness programs. He derives a deep sense of fulfilment from learning and has lectured and spoken for various events as a motivational speaker. Dr Krüger is wildly passionate about Chiropractic and is happiest when adjusting spines, his days off practice are spent building his new platform called Unsit Your Back which is a preventative exercise and movement program for people that spend their day sitting.

Dr Gheta Johl
Chiropractor
Dr. Gheta Johl graduated in 2016 from the University of Johannesburg (UJ). Her Dissertation: A survey of the scope of chiropractic practice in South Africa : 2015 was published in the highly esteemed Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics and helped expand her knowledge on global trends in chiropractic treatment approaches. Her previous studies in holistic therapies fostered an interest in healing the body naturally and together with evidence-based chiropractic treatment forms the foundation to her treatment approach. She LOVES dry needling!
With a passion for healthy living and an active lifestyle to boot, she is equipped to take into account all facets of her patient’s wellbeing.

Deidre Ras
Biokineticist
Deidre completed her BA Honors Biokinetics Degree with Distinction at the University of the Free State in 2013. She started her career at Sandton Mediclinic as a Biokineticist, has had work experience in New York City and has been running her own practice since 2018. She has a passion for teaching and is currently the Africa Master Instructor for the Medical Education company, RockTape. Deidre strongly believes that good movement happens at a physical as well as neurological level. Her treatment approach is restoring the brain-body connection to improve dysfunctional movement patterns in all planes of movement. She has a special interest in women’s health, low back pain treatment, injury rehabilitation & prevention and functional movement patterns.
