Desperate for a breakfast when you're not intermittent fasting?

Try this. All the products are available at Checkers and/or a local health store and are just as good as the expensive options that you can buy at luxury plant based restaurants. The meal provides protein, fats and carbs for a really filling and sustaining meal. I still think that the Chinese doctors and philosophers were correct in saying that we should eat a big breakfast , smaller lunch and nothing/maybe soup for dinner but in the western world it's so difficult to do because we gather as a family for dinner and its typically a large ceremonial occasion. There's some interesting data showing that our food is metabolised better in the morning compared to the evening, so if you're able to do so then skip dinner and have a great breakfast like the one I've provided here.
